You can cancel your order by clicking the 'Orders' menu option. Click the order you want to cancel and hit the 'Cancel button'. An order can be cancelled, if it is not shipped yet. After shipment, an order cannot be cancelled, it can only be returned.

The different Order status' are:
1. ORDER PLACED: Your order is placed
2. CONFIRMED: Your order has been confirmed
3. READY TO SHIP: Your item has been packed & ready to be shipped
4. SHIPPED: Your item has been handed over to the courier
5. DELIVERED: Your item has been delivered
6. CANCELLED: Your order has been cancelled
7. RETURN INITIATED: your return process is started
8. RETURN IN TRANSIT: Your returned product is on its way back to supplier
9. RETURN DELIVERED: Returned product received by supplier
10. REFUND STATUS- PENDING: After Return/cancellation, payment refund to you is in process
11. REFUND STATUS- REFUNDED: Your payment have been refunded to you

Yes, you can add products to the cart and do checkout in future. Also, if you are logged in, you can add products from one device and then check out from another device. You can even move cart products to 'Save for later', or add them to your 'Wishlist' menu.

In case your order value is below Rs. 500, you will have to pay Rs. 40 as freight charges.

During the checkout process, the 'Apply Coupon' button is present on the order summary screen to view available coupons. Coupons can be applicable on order value, or on products in the order cart.

You can add/edit/delete your billing and shipping addresses from My Addresses' menu option

To change your profile details like Name, email, profile email, click the profile edit button from the menu option. This will open your profile page for changes. If you change your email, an OTP will be sent to your new email for verification. Type the OTP to update your email.

In the Mccoy Mart application, you have to provide your name, email and mobile number to create an account. Login OTP will be sent to your mobile number.

During cancellation/ return request you can choose whether you want to be refunded in the same mode as you made the order payment, or you want to be refunded in a bank account.

In case of cancellation, refund will be initiated faster. In case of product return, refund is initiated within 7-10 working days after the pickup and acceptance of the products.

You can cancel an order before the products are dispatched.

You can return the product within 7 days of delivery. The steps are as follows:
1. Tap 'Orders' and 'then 'View details' of concerned order.
2. Tap on the Return button to choose the items to be returned
3. Fill the form and submit your request.
NOTE: In case of multiple shipment numbers for an order, there will be separate cancellation/return requests for each shipment number.

To return an item, use the return button from the order details page. Return option will be visible only if the product is delivered.
For replacement: Return the item and place a new order of the item.

You cannot modify an already placed order. However, you can cancel your existing order and then place a new order.

Please check in 'Order' menu 'View Details', whether your order products are being delivered by multiple suppliers. In case, items are missing, please contact the support team from 'Help' menu option.
